Visit was fine. BUT, was told they were in network by both my insurance and the office. Come to find out the office is in network but the dentist himself is not. Therefore I received a nice bill for my family of six. When I called they apologized and after the receptionist talked with the dentist they would bill me as if I was in network. I never received an updated bill until today when I got a pre legal action notice for the entire balance again. I have friends that are dentists and also friends that went here that had the same experience. I am spreading the word.
Went to Galbesburg Family Dentistry to have some cavities redone after going to Aspen Dental. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment and evaluated in a timely manner. The dentist himself was very helpful and informative when describing treatment options. They see you as a person and human-being, not just another number. I will continue to have all my dental work done there and I highly recommend them to anybody else.
The office is humble, but Dr. Khillah's skills are phenomenal. I've been to multiple dentists to fix a problem tooth but it was never properly fixed. Dr. Khillah diagnosed the issue and fixed it faster than he predicted. My crown feels like my original tooth. It hasn't felt like this in years. If you have to drive across town to get to this dentist, do it. It's totally worth it.
